We have experience in processing claims through the Injuries Board (formerly known as the Personal Injuries Assessment Board - PIAB) and in both the Circuit Courts and High Courts.
In some cases claims can be taken in the Republic of Ireland even though the accident happened in Northern Ireland. Levels of damages in the Republic of Ireland remain significantly higher than those typically awarded in the Courts in Northern Ireland. Taking the wrong option could therefore be expensive.
