Everyone should make a Will.

Some important but often misunderstood facts are that:-

  • You are never too young to make a Will (as long as you are over 18).
  • Failure to do so might be expensive and stressful for those you leave behind.
  • Making a Will will not shorten your life but it may make the lives of others easier.
  • It is usually a relatively straightforward procedure that doesn't take long.
  • It is usually inexpensive
  • Your Will has no effect until your death and should be reviewed from time to time.
  • You don't need to wait until you are certain as to what you want to happen. A provisional Will is better than no Will at all.
