Senior Partner Donal Fee is a graduate of Queens University Belfast with over 30 years experience.

Donal specialises in High Court personal injury litigation and is a member of the Law Society contentious business committee. Donal is also an expert in commercial and residential conveyancing.

Donal has also successfully represented Clients in significant Criminal trials in the Crown Court.

Donal served as a member of the Board of Governors of St Michaels College, Enniskillen for over 25 years and is a committee member and past chairman of Derrygonnelly Harps GAA Club.

Kevin Murnaghan BCL

Kevin Murnaghan is admitted as a Solicitor in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Kevin specialises in commercial conveyancing, administration of estates, medical negligence and commercial litigation.

Kevin also deals with property transactions and personal injury litigation in the Republic of Ireland.

Kevin is a Notary Public and a member of the College of Notaries in Northern Ireland

Kevin is the Chairman of the Vaughan Trust and a member of the Board of Governors of Drumragh Integrated College in his native Omagh. Kevin is also a former captain of Omagh Academicals Rugby Football Club and is an active Youth Coach.

Nessa Murnaghan BCL

Assistant Solicitor

Nessa Murnaghan is a member of the Law Society Childrens Order Panel and specialises in family and matrimonial law.

Her particular area of interest relates to issues of contact, residence and care proceedings in the Family Proceedings Court, Family Care Centre and High Court. Nessa also deals with cases involving International Child Abduction and the Hague Convention.

Nessa is an experienced practitioner in relation to all issues arising from relationship or marriage breakdown such as maintenance, divorce and ancillary relief. Nessa can also advise on and obtain protective orders from the Court in cases of domestic violence.

Nessa's other interests are in criminal law and conveyancing.

Nessa is a fluent French speaker.

Niall Bogue LLB

Niall Bogue is admitted as a Solicitor in Northern Ireland.

Niall specialises in personal injury litigation, primarily dealing with road traffic accidents and injuries at work.

Niall represents Clients in criminal matters in both the Magistrates Court and Crown Court. Niall also advise Clients when detained for interview in Police Stations in Northern Ireland.

Niall advises both employers and employees in relation to employment and redundancy issues.

Niall also deals with criminal injury and criminal damage applications.

Niall has a keen interest in Gaelic games. He is a member of his local club, Kinawley Brian Borus and has represented County Fermanagh at all age levels.
