Settling your claim without legal advice will cost you!!
murnaghan fee recently negotiated settlements of 2 claims with an insurance company. In each case the accident happened at work and in each case the client was pressed to settle his claim directly.
Wisely the client in each case resisted the pressure and consulted murnaghan fee.
As a result the claims were settled for 4 times what had been offered and without the client having to go to Court.
The moral of the story is that you should always consult your solicitor who will be looking out for you.
